Title Screen

The new title screen is done, behold!

I'm still slowly working on migrating all the systems from the old version to the new one. It's taking forever since I'm basically rewriting everything from scratch. To be honest I'm glad, cause the new code is coming out a LOT cleaner, and my old code was an unusable mess.
